Terms and Conditions: Spread the Word iPad Subscriber Draw- Bermuda and Bahamas
This Draw is open to only current Heritage ESP subscribers. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Draw. The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:
“Draw” refers to this Spread the Word iPad Subscriber Draw and not any other Heritage or it’s affiliates’ Draws, Contests, Programs, Sweepstakes or Campaigns.
“Promotion” refers to this promotion and not any of Heritage’s other promotions or programs.
“Submission Period” means from August 28, 2017 to September 15, 2017.
“Subscribers” refers to existing Heritage Education Savings Plan (ESP) subscribers.
“Heritage” and “the Company” means Heritage Education Funds International LLC.
“Qualified Submission” refers to the submission of referrals legal adults, who are residents of The Bahamas and Bermuda with children or grandchildren under the age of 14. The age of the child will be verified by a Heritage Sales Representative by telephone to the referee prior to the draw date.
1.0 How to Participate
Throughout the submission period, current Heritage ESP subscribers will be invited to submit the names of family members, relatives, friends and colleagues with children under the age of 14, who may be interested in learning more about the Heritage Plan. Submissions must be sent through the online form found at __________________. A receipt of submission confirmation will be sent to the subscriber who submitted referrals, advising the subscriber that whether the referral submitted is a Qualified Submission that will give them one entry into the draw.
This promotion is open to legal residents of Bahamas and Bermuda, 18 years or older, who are present or past subscribers to a Heritage ESP, with the exception of employees of the Company or affiliates, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and/or persons living in the same household. Employees of the Company’s promotional agencies, their immediate family members, relatives and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3.0 Draw Details
The draw will take place on September 20, 2017 by random draw on Random.org, in the Home Offices of Heritage Education Funds International, LLC., at 2005 Sheppard Avenue East suite 700, Toronto, Ontario Canada M2J 5B4.
The prize will be one iPad Mini or equivalent. One prize will be awarded per participating country.
4.0 Consumer Disclosure/Notification of Winners
The eligible winners will be notified by telephone on or before September 30, 2017. If the winners cannot be contacted after 3 attempts, a second name will be drawn and contacted. To be declared the official winner and collect the prize, the eligible winner will need to present a valid government-issued ID to the local Heritage Agency Office in each respective country, as listed below:

In addition, to be declared a winner, the person selected must answer, without help, a time limited, skill-testing question and will be required to complete, sign and return a Declaration and Release Form within seven (7) days of receipt. By completing, signing and returning the Declaration and Release Form, the potential winner (i) confirms compliance with these terms and conditions, (ii) releases and forever discharges Heritage, its affiliates and subsidiaries from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action arising or to arise by reason of the acceptance or use of the prize, and (iii) gives permission to Heritage and at its option, to publish or otherwise use the winner’s name, city of residence and comments, without compensation, on the website as well as in any publicity or promotion carried out by Heritage or its advertising agencies.
4.1 Each winner’s name will be published in a follow up email to all subscribers. The Winner’s photograph will also be published. The winner will be required to agree to the use of his or her name and photographs without compensation in any forthcoming publicity by Heritage. Each winner will be required to sign a release form stating the above.
4.2 Heritage reserves the right, in its sole discretion to void entries of persons who Heritage believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this draw. Heritage is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online entry, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Draw, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
4.3 In all matters relating to this draw, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding in all respects.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to modify/change any or all of the terms and conditions applicable to this draw, or to cancel this draw entirely without assigning any reasons or without any prior notification whatsoever.
4.6 All submissions become the property of Heritage and will not be returned and no correspondence will be made with or entered into except with the selected eligible winner(s) and the confirmed winner. The Draw is void where prohibited by law.
4.7 These terms and conditions apply only to this draw and do not apply to any of the Company’s other Draws, Programs, Contests, Sweepstakes or Campaigns.
4.8 This is a limited time promotion.
4.9 Voluntary participation in the draw constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing this draw.
